Instructions of Entry restrictions for foreigners to Taiwan|Aquasky

Starting August 15, entry restrictions for foreigners to Taiwan in response to COVID-19 outbreak

 

All passengers will be exempt from providing a result of a PCR test taken within two days of flight schedule time. However, those who test positive for COVID-19 abroad must wait over seven days from the specimen collection date to take a flight to Taiwan in order to maintain safety on the flight and epidemic prevention efforts in the community.

 

Follow quarantine rules:

(3 days quarantine + 4 days self-health management.)

(You must stay in the same quarantine hotel for a total of 7 days 8 nights.)

STEP 1. Requirements to be prepared

1. A reservation confirmation of quarantine hotel.

STEP 2. Digital health declaration before boarding

STEP 3. Clearance upon arrival

1. Clearance & Take a deep-throat saliva test.

2. Take a quarantine vehicle to your quarantine hotel.

 

3. 3 days quarantine. (Quarantine hotel only) (Not allowed to go out)

4. 4 days self-health management . (Quarantine hotel only)

Rules to follow during the self-health management period:

a.) Avoid going outside unless necessary.

b.) A negative result from an at-home rapid test taken within 2 days should be presented if an arrival needs to go out to work or buy daily necessities.

c.) Masks must be worn at all times when outside and social distancing must be maintained.

d.) Business travelers are allowed to work at offices, attend meetings, give speeches, but only if they wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing.

e.) Masks must be worn at all times and social distancing must be maintained at work; masks can be temporarily removed when dining and should be put on after finishing dining.

f.) Avoid going to crowded venues or contact with nonspecific persons.

g.) Business travelers may dine alone or with specific persons in a separate space in a restaurant provided that table dividers must be installed or social distancing must be maintained.

h.) Non-urgent medical services or examinations should be postponed.
